Tell me more about California Senate Bill 620 and how this effects how annuities will be sold in 2005?
Senate Bill 620 requires that resident and non-resident agents who wish to sell annuities in California in 2005 must take a special 8-hour Continuing Education course before 12/31/04. We refer to the course as special because it could change how annuities are sold after January 1, 2005 as it relates to in-house solicitations, replacements, surrender charges, and more. W.V.H, Inc.’s C.E. course, The Encyclopedia of Annuities 2004, (online, CD-ROM, and textbook version) is approved from the California Department of Insurance.

Why is this Continuing Education course so unique?

What is the difference between your online, CD-ROM, and textbook CE course.
Since this course can be taken online, on CD-ROM or via a textbook, each has their own advantages.  The internet course is affordable, very affordable.  The textbook is large, easy to read, and will look great in your library because of the cover and charts.  The CD-ROM is a robust multi-media tool with narration, interactive calculators, and short historical video clips (these historical video clips are relevant and important but not part of the CE course and exam).

Ideally, in less than 5 seconds, W.V.H., Inc. electronically receives your exam, electronically grades it, and then electronically notifies you whether you passed or failed...all ideally, in less than 5 seconds.  Naturally, you'll need an internet connection when you want the above to occur. You must score a 70% or higher to pass.
